Terms of service

These terms are a starting draft for NinoMarket's launch. Have them reviewed by a Nigerian lawyer before charging customers.

The service

NinoMarket is a subscription software service for managing customers, sales, quotations, invoices, tasks and teams. Features available to you depend on your plan, shown on the pricing page and in your Billing page.

Accounts

The person who creates a company workspace is its owner and is responsible for who is invited and what roles they have. Keep sign-in details private. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

Free trial, plans and payment

New companies get a free trial. After the trial a paid plan is required. Prices are in Nigerian Naira and are charged monthly or yearly in advance through Paystack, or by bank transfer confirmed by our team. A subscription is only activated after payment is confirmed.

If a renewal fails, you have a 7-day grace period. After that the workspace is suspended until payment; your data is kept as described in our privacy policy.

We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Taxes

Prices exclude Value Added Tax unless stated. Where NinoMarket is required to charge VAT, it will be shown on your invoice.

Your data

You own the business records you put into NinoMarket. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers' personal data and for the accuracy of invoices you issue. NinoMarket does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use NinoMarket for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, or to store data you have no right to hold. Do not attempt to access other companies' data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Implementation services

Setup, data migration, training and custom workflow services are quoted and agreed separately. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract; work starts only after a written proposal is accepted.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
